WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY AGREEING TO
- 🏃 This stuff is physical. Yard games, Nerf battles, giant Jenga — people move around, things get thrown. Accidents can happen.
- 🧒 You're in charge of everyone. If there are kids involved, adult supervision is on you. Rock On has zero responsibility for what happens at your event.
- ⚠️ Don't misuse it. No climbing on things not meant for climbing. No using equipment while under the influence. Use it how it was meant to be used.
- 🔍 Check it before you use it. If something looks damaged or unsafe when you pick it up, tell us before you use it. Using it means you accepted it as-is.
- 🛡️ We're not liable for injuries that result from normal use, misuse, or participant conduct — except in cases of our own gross negligence.
- ✍️ This is legally binding under Texas law. Your IP and timestamp are recorded along with your signature.
