We know legal docs are about as fun to read as the instruction manual for a ceiling fan. We get it — it wasn't fun to write either.

Here's What Actually Matters:

📦You're responsible for the equipment from the moment you grab it off the porch until we confirm it's back and undamaged.
💳Your card is on file — damage, loss, late returns, or missing items will be charged without additional approval.
👌Return it how you got it — packed up, complete, reasonably clean.
⏰Late returns cost money — $15/hr after the 1-hour grace period.
🌧️No weather refunds — reschedule requests are welcome, refunds are not.
📸We document everything — photos before and after, timestamps, the whole thing.
✍️Your signature is binding — electronic signature is legally enforceable under Texas law.
❌Cancel 7+ days out — full refund. 3–6 days — 50%. Under 72 hours — no refund.

The full Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver are required before pickup. Both are linked in your booking invoice.

Yes. Choose your games, book online, and we'll take it from there. Our whole goal is fewer boring parties and less work for you.

Many of our games are great for families and kids, while others are better suited for teens or adults. Products specifically intended for adults are listed as 18+. We always recommend you use your own judgment for you and your family before selecting items.

One day rental with plenty of time built in so there's no rushing. Pick up after 4pm the evening before your event. Return by 10am the morning after. Need it longer? Just add more days when you book.

Pickup is at our home in Wichita Falls. The full address is included in your pickup instructions email. Your items will be packed in a labeled tub waiting on the porch. No need to knock, no scheduling. Just grab your tub and go party. 🎥

Same porch, same tub. Return everything by 10am the morning after your event. Pack it up the way you got it and you're done. Cleaning instructions are included in your tub.

Yes. Two things. At checkout you'll agree to our terms and conditions. Then before pickup you'll sign a rental agreement and liability waiver. Both take less than 2 minutes. But — no signature, no pickup.

Some rentals require a refundable security deposit, clearly shown before you complete your booking. The deposit is held while you have the equipment and released after we confirm everything came back in good shape.

Yes. Return everything the way you got it — packed up, complete, and reasonably clean. Cleaning instructions are included in your tub. Excessive mess or damage may result in fees.

Normal wear happens. If something comes back damaged beyond normal use or goes missing, repair or replacement costs apply and are charged to the card on file. We document everything before and after.

Cancel 7 or more days out and you get a full refund. Cancel 3 to 6 days out — 50% back. Under 72 hours — no refund, but store credit may apply.
