We know legal docs aren't exactly a party. Here's what it actually means before you read the full thing.
HERE'S WHAT ACTUALLY MATTERS
- 📦 It's yours to take care of from the moment you pick it up until we confirm it came back in one piece.
- 💳 Your card stays on file. If something breaks, goes missing, comes back trashed, or is returned late — we'll charge it. No extra approval needed.
- 👌 Return it how you got it — packed up, complete, reasonably clean. Cleaning instructions are in your tub.
- ⏰ Late returns cost $15/hr after the 1-hour grace period. Don't make us do math.
- 🌧️ Weather happens. Refunds don't. We'll work with you on rescheduling, but weather isn't our problem.
- ❌ Cancel 7+ days out — full refund. 3–6 days — 50% back. Under 72 hours — no refund, but store credit may apply.
- ✍️ This signature is real. Electronic signatures are legally binding in Texas. Your IP and timestamp are recorded.
